日本側と現地側の認識差や商習慣の違いを踏まえた調整にも関与しています。

事業運営フェーズへの実務関与
事業立ち上げ後の運営フェーズにおいても、

Taking into account differences in market environments and business practices between Japan, Singapore, and neighboring countries, we provide on-the-ground support across each stage of the process, including manufacturing, supply, distribution, and ongoing operations.

Business Activities

Planning, Development, and Wholesale of Food and Related Products

With a primary focus on B2B and food-service applications, we design products based on market requirements and sales channels.
We also handle specification adjustments with consideration for local distribution and operational needs.

Establishment of Manufacturing and Supply Systems with Local Factories and Partners

We work closely with factories and partner companies in Singapore and surrounding regions to build manufacturing and supply systems that prioritize quality, supply stability, and operational feasibility.

Supply Chain Development and Practical Operational Support

For restaurants, chain operators, and retail businesses, we provide not only product supply but also hands-on support related to supply chain structure and day-to-day operations.
